91³Ô¹ÏÍø Graduate Fair is a special event planned to assist you with all your Graduation needs as the time approaches. Student Affairs encourages your participation in this important event, but it is not a mandatory event.

The Graduate Fair will provide you with the opportunities listed below:

• A representative from Student Affairs will have information and handouts about the commencement ceremony and other events.
• A representative from the Business Office will answer questions as it relates to your business account.
• Alumni Association will welcome you into 91³Ô¹ÏÍø family with information on how to stay connected.
• MBA Association will give out current graduate gifts.
• A representative from the Business Office will answer questions as it relates to your business account.
• Graduate Admissions will have information on 91³Ô¹ÏÍø’s graduate programs.
• Associated Students of 91³Ô¹ÏÍø (ASWU) will be present to give out undergraduate gift.

Cap and Gown Pick-Up:

All graduates and undergraduates will pick up their caps and gowns during the 91³Ô¹ÏÍø’s Grad Fair on Saturday April 12, 2024, between 8:00²¹³¾â€“4:00±è³¾. If you missed the deadline, Josten’s will be onsite to assist.

Key Reminders:

• You must bring a form of ID to pick up your cap and gown.
• You cannot pick up someone else’s cap and gown.
• The website is no longer accepting cap and gown orders, but you can still check the store for sashes, diploma frames, announcements, and gifts.

How to Schedule: Visit www.ultimateexposures.com, click the “Schedule a Sitting” button, and select “Cap & Gown” to book an appointment.

Make sure to schedule your sitting ahead of time to get those graduation portraits done!

Important Note: No walk-ins allowed; appointments are required.

• Pre-order fresh bouquets and leis for graduates from Commencement Group.
• 91³Ô¹ÏÍø is inviting students to share their “91³Ô¹ÏÍø Experience” through videos to be showcased during the upcoming commencement ceremony on Saturday, May 10, 2025. This is a wonderful opportunity to reflect on your journey and contribute to the celebration.
• You will receive an email from the Commencement Committee with detailed instructions on how to participate.
